Applicability: Parents/Guardians using the online payment service to pay school fees.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online fee payment facility offered by Smarter School, Moonidih (“School”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the online payment system through our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the payment.
The online payment facility is provided to allow parents/guardians to conveniently pay various school fees, including but not limited to:
Admission fees
Tuition fees
Transport fees
Examination fees
Activity fees
Other approved school charges
The School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the online payment service at any time.
For processing online payments, the School uses a secure third-party payment gateway. By initiating a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of that payment gateway provider along with your bank/UPI provider.
Payment methods may include:
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI
Mobile Wallets
The School does not store or access any banking or card details.
Users must ensure that all details entered on the payment form are correct, including:
Student Name
Admission Number
Class & Section
Fee Category
Payment Amount
The School is not responsible for payments made due to incorrect information submitted by the user.
Certain payment methods may attract additional charges or convenience fees as determined by the payment gateway or the user’s bank.
These charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the payer.
Upon successful payment:
A digital receipt will be generated on the website/app.
Confirmation may also be sent via email or SMS.
The School’s internal records will be updated within 24–48 hours.
In case of any discrepancy, users are advised to retain their digital receipt for verification.
The School is committed to protecting user data. Information such as student details, payment amount, and transaction logs will be stored securely and used exclusively for school-related purposes.
All financial transactions are encrypted and handled by the payment gateway.
The School does not collect or store:
Card numbers
CVV details
UPI PIN
Net banking passwords
The School shall not be held liable for:
Payment failures due to network issues, server downtime, or bank-related problems
Delays in updating payment status caused by external systems
Losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the user
Unauthorized use of the user’s device, login credentials, or payment instrument
The online payment service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
By using the payment system, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Not misuse, damage, or interfere with the online payment platform
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use your own secure device and internet connection
The School reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes relating to online payments will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
